Referral partners

Your clients ask about AI. Send them somewhere local.

For IT providers, web designers, bookkeepers and accountants, business coaches and commercial insurance agents. Your client gets help with AI. You keep the relationship.

Who this is for

The firms owners already call.
Now asked about AI.

Owners bring their questions to the people they already work with. Some of those questions are now about AI. If you would rather point your client to a local firm than guess, this page is for you.

  1. Managed IT providers

Clients ask whether AI is safe to use and what it could do for them. You keep the network, the devices and the security. We build the AI that runs on top, and we would rather work alongside you than around you.

  2. Website designers and agencies

Clients ask for a smarter enquiry form, a reply that goes out on its own, or follow-up that does not depend on someone remembering. We build what runs behind the site, and where our work touches it, we agree with you and your client who does what.

  3. Bookkeepers and accountants

Clients ask how to take the admin out of the month: chasing receipts, keying invoices, preparing reports. You keep the books and the advice. We build the automations around them.

  4. Business coaches and consultants

Clients ask where AI fits in the plan you are building together. You keep the coaching and the strategy. We build and run the systems the plan calls for.

  5. Commercial insurance agents

Business clients ask what AI could do for them. You keep the coverage conversation. We handle the AI work.

Why refer a client to us

Your client gets help.
You keep the relationship.

  1. Your client gets real help.

A local team that sits down at their business, looks at how the work actually runs and builds AI inside the tools they already use. We can stay on to manage it afterwards.

  2. You keep the relationship.

You stay their IT provider, designer, bookkeeper, accountant, coach or agent. We are one more specialist you can point to when the question is AI.

  3. We work alongside your services.

We design, build and run custom AI: agents, automations and the connections between the tools a business already uses. Where that touches the network, the website, the books or the cover, we agree with you and your client who does what.

How a referral works

Introduce. We talk.
You stay informed.

  1. Introduce us.

With your client’s agreement, introduce us by email, pass on our number, or send them to our call page. Let us know you made the introduction.

  2. We hold a free first conversation.

We talk through the work with your client: what takes time, what gets missed, what they would like to change. There is no cost, and we will be clear if AI is not a fit.

  3. We keep you informed, with your client’s permission.

With your client’s agreement, we let you know when the conversation has happened and, if work goes ahead, how it is going. What your client tells us about their business is not passed on to you unless they agree.

What we ask of partners

A few plain rules.
Agreed in writing.

  1. Introduce people who want to hear from us.

Clients who have asked about AI, or who agree to an introduction. No lists, and no one who has not said yes.

  2. Share only what your client is happy to share.

Never passwords, client records or anything your client has not agreed to pass on.

  3. Be open with your client.

Tell your client about any referral arrangement you have with us, and follow your own profession’s rules on referrals.

  4. Tell us where your work and ours meet.

If a project touches the network, the website or the books, let us know, so your client is never caught in the middle.

Referral terms are agreed with each partner in writing. You do not need to know AI to refer a client. Finding the opportunities is our job.

Apply to be a referral partner

Start with
a conversation.

Tell us about your firm and the clients you serve. We reply by email to arrange a conversation about how you work, how introductions would run, and the referral terms, which are agreed with each partner in writing before any referral.

Thinking about AI for your own firm as well? That is a separate conversation. Book a call for that.

Questions about
referring a client.

What are the referral terms?

Referral terms are agreed with each partner in writing. We do not publish them, and nothing is agreed until it is in writing. Apply on this page or call us and we can talk it through.

Will you compete with the services I offer my clients?

ProcessRoot AI designs, builds and runs custom AI: agents, automations and the connections between the tools a business already uses. That work sits alongside the IT, websites, books and cover you look after. When a project touches your work, we ask your client how they would like you involved, and how we work alongside you is part of what we agree with you in writing.

Which clients are a good fit?

Owner-run businesses, including companies with several locations, where the same work keeps piling up: enquiries, follow-ups, scheduling, intake, reporting, paperwork. We meet clients in person across Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River and Broward counties, and work with businesses farther away by video call. Your client does not need to know what they want AI to do; finding the opportunities is our job.
