Six installs, in their own words
Each install is a workflow with a manifest: the problem it solves, what it does, and the number of days it is meant to take. The words below are the manifests' own. Every install is built for businesses under $10 million in revenue. Each needs the systems its manifest names connected: a phone line, a calendar, an inbox, an accounting file. The sectors under each one are the ones its manifest names, as examples, never a limit.

Missed-call text-back
The problem
A call goes unanswered and the caller phones the next business on the list. Nobody sees the missed call for hours, and by then the job is gone.
What it does
Every missed call gets a text back in seconds with a booking link, the reply is read and answered, and a lead that goes quiet after two texts or asks something only a person can answer lands on the client's desk instead of disappearing.

Appointment booking and reminders
The problem
Appointments are booked and then forgotten. Nobody is reminded, some of the day no-shows, and the people who did want to move the time had no easy way to say so.
What it does
Every booked appointment gets a reminder a day out and again two hours out, on text and email. A reply is read: a confirmation is acknowledged, a reschedule pulls real open times off the calendar and hands the client's staff a warm slot, a cancellation frees the time and is counted.

Quote and estimate follow-up
The problem
Quotes go out and then nothing happens. Nobody follows up, the customer forgets, and the work goes to whoever called them back.
What it does
Every quote gets a follow-up on day 2, day 5 and day 10, written from the quote's own numbers. Any reply stops the cadence at once and is read: an acceptance and a question both land on a person's desk. A quote nobody answers is counted and escalated to the owner rather than quietly dropped.

Document intake and classification
The problem
Paperwork arrives by email all day. Someone has to open each one, work out what it is, pull the numbers off it, and put it where it belongs. It gets done late, or twice, or not at all.
What it does
Every document that lands is classified, its key fields are extracted into one schema, and it is routed to the person and folder the client chose for that category. Anything the model is not confident about, and anything with no route, goes to a human instead of being filed wrong.

Collections reminders
The problem
Invoices go past due and nobody chases them. The owner hates the conversation, the money sits out there for months, and the customers who would have paid on a nudge are the ones who never get one.
What it does
Every overdue invoice gets a polite reminder at 7, 14 and 30 days. Before each one the balance is read back from the accounting system, so a customer who has already paid is never chased. Nothing threatens, nothing charges, nothing writes to the ledger. An invoice still open after the third reminder is handed to a person with the history attached.

Weekly owner KPI report
The problem
The owner has no weekly number. What is owed, what is booked and what changed live in three systems nobody opens on a Monday, so decisions get made on a feeling.
What it does
Every Monday morning the workflow reads the client's own systems, records the numbers as metrics, and emails the owner one page: what the week looks like, what stands out, and the two or three things worth doing. Every figure comes from a connected system; the model writes the words, never the numbers.

- 5 days*
- Written for
- professional services, home services, medical, retail, construction, manufacturing, as examples
* A target, not a promise. Each install is measured from the day the agreement is countersigned to the day the workflow goes live, and the number of days is recorded against this target by the software itself.
