How pricing works
Three fees, each priced for your engagement inside a band the owner sets. There are no prices on this site. The discovery call is where the number comes from.
The three fees
What you pay for
Fee 1
Discovery
One fee for the discovery call and what comes out of it: the scope, which install goes in first, and the number. It is billed when the call is delivered.
Fee 2
Install fee
One fee per install, for putting the workflow in, connecting your systems, testing it and taking it live. It is invoiced when the agreement is countersigned and earned across the install.
Fee 3
Monthly fee
One fee per month, per install, for running it, measuring it, and reporting to you. It is billed for each month of service.
The band rule
Priced per engagement, inside a band
Every install has a floor and a ceiling for its install fee and for its monthly fee. The owner sets both. A price for your engagement is chosen inside that band, from what the discovery call found.
The rule is enforced by the database, not by a promise: an agreement line outside its band is refused before it can be written. An agent at our firm is barred by code from setting a price outside a band.
Where the number comes from
The discovery call
We do not quote from a website. On the call, a person learns what is costing you the most time and which install answers it. The install is then priced inside its band, and the statement of work you accept online carries the exact fees. The install fee is invoiced only after you have accepted that agreement and the owner has countersigned.
