This website is published by ProcessRoot AI Inc.. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The pages describe the kind of work we do and the systems we have built. They are general information. Nothing here is advice for your particular business, a guarantee of a result, or an offer to do specific work. Any diagnostic, build or managed service starts only with a separate written agreement that sets its scope, price, responsibilities and data handling.
The conversation planner is a free tool for preparing a brief. Sending a brief to us is a request for a conversation; it does not create an engagement, and it does not oblige either of us to anything further.
Applying to be a referral partner, on the referral partners page or by email, is a request for a conversation about referrals. It does not create a partnership, a referral arrangement or any other agreement; referral terms exist only in a separate written agreement.
The website assistant is an AI. Its answers are general information about ProcessRoot AI, may be wrong, and are not an offer, a quote, a commitment or professional advice. Anything we agree to do is agreed in writing.

The text, images, films, logos and code on this website belong to ProcessRoot AI Inc. or are used with permission. You may read the site and share links to it. Copying, republishing or building on the content for commercial use needs our written consent.
A brief you prepare in the planner is yours. When you send one to us, you give us permission to read it, keep it as a record of your request, and reply to you about it, as described in the privacy notice.
Names of other companies and products on this site belong to their owners and appear only to describe work or compatibility.
Acceptable use
Use the site
the way it is meant to be used.
Please do not send anything unlawful, deceptive or abusive through this website, do not send other people's private information, and do not use automated tools to submit forms, probe the site or interfere with how it runs. We may decline or delete a submission that does any of these things.
Do not put passwords, access credentials, private customer records or financial files into the planner or a partner application. They are not the place for them, and we do not want them there.
Warranties and liability

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We may change or remove any part of it at any time.
To the fullest extent the law allows, ProcessRoot AI Inc. is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Links to other websites and services are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
Text messages
Texts about your request.
Never marketing blasts.
Our text-message program is called ProcessRoot AI. It sends replies about your request and about scheduling a conversation with us. It never sends marketing blasts.
You opt in by texting us first, and we reply in that conversation, or by ticking the optional “Text me about my request” box when you send a brief from the conversation planner. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel; we send one text confirming it, and then stop texting that number. Reply HELP for help, or write to hello@processroot.com.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle your number and your consent is set out in the privacy notice.
The rest

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
We may update these terms. The date below changes when we do, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
