This notice covers this website only. It is written by the person operating as ProcessRoot AI and describes what the site does today. When the site changes what it does, this page changes with it.

When the form opens, the fields you fill in (your name, phone number, email address, company, website if you give one, and your message) will go to our operating system. We will use them to reply to you and, if you become a client, to run your engagement.

If you text us, we reply by text. Through the form, we text and email you only after you tick the consent box. Reply STOP to any text to end texts.

The site loads no analytics today and sets no cookies of its own.

The site is hosted by a provider that keeps ordinary request logs (address, page, time) to run and protect the service. We do not use those logs to identify you.

We do not sell personal data.

We share it only with the providers that host this site and run our operating system: the ones that deliver our texts and emails, process payments, and the AI model provider that reads a message so our software can draft a reply. Each gets it only to do that job for us.

Until our inbox is connected there is no way to reach us through this site. The address will appear here the day it is live.
