AI C-Suite

The AI C-Suite. See how it works.

A custom set of AI roles we design, build and run around your leadership team: an AI CFO, COO, CRO, CMO and chief compliance officer, coordinated by an AI chief of staff. They prepare and recommend within limits you set. Your people decide.

What it is

AI roles around your leaders.
Your people in charge.

An AI C-Suite is a coordinated set of AI roles, each built around one leadership function, that ProcessRoot designs, builds and runs for your company.

The name describes the shape of the work, not authority. The roles hold no office and no signing power. They prepare, recommend and act only within the permissions your people approve.

The roles

Six roles.
One working team.

Each role is configured for its function, with clear ownership, the tools it may use and the tasks it is permitted to do. You choose which roles to build, and in what order.

The titles name the function each AI role supports. The roles are not appointed officers and carry no authority in your company: your leadership team makes every decision and signs every commitment. Other functions, such as people administration, can be scoped in the diagnostic.

The convene, step by step

One question.
Every view on the table.

When a question crosses functions, the roles weigh it together. You get one recommendation with the reasoning and the disagreements visible, and nothing moves until your people approve.

An illustrative session. Written for this page; not a client record.

  1. The question

Should we open a second location next spring?

    Asked by the owner

  2. The roles weigh in

    • AI CFO

Models the build-out cost and cash under three scenarios. The plan holds in two; the downside case leaves a cash gap that would need to be covered first.

    • AI COO

Staffing and supply can stretch to a second site, but managers would split their time while the first site still has open exceptions.

    • AI CRO

Customer records show demand clustered near the proposed site. A waitlist would test that demand before any commitment.

    • AI CMO

Local search visibility near the site is weak. A pre-opening campaign is drafted, held for approval and a budget.

    • AI CCO

Lists the permits and licenses the new site would need, each with an owner and a date to confirm.

  3. One recommendation

Proceed to lease talks on two conditions: the owner has a plan for the downside cash gap and the waitlist test shows demand. Operations would prefer to wait a quarter; that disagreement is kept on the record.

  4. The owner decides

Approved with one change: run the waitlist test before lease talks begin.

The roles prepare and recommend. The call is the owner’s.

  5. Action, on the record

    • Waitlist page drafted and held for approval
    • Financing question added to the owner’s list for the company’s accountant
    • Permit checklist assigned to a named person
    • Session kept: the question, each view, the decision and who made it

The guardrails

Limits you set.
Controls built in.

Every role runs inside the same operating controls. They are enforced by the system around the model, not by asking a model to behave.

Watch first

Each role starts in watch mode. It reads and reports, and nothing is written or sent until your people authorize the work.

Permissions you approve

You approve who a role may contact, what it may change and what it must never touch. A role cannot widen its own permissions.

Approvals for what matters

Proposed actions wait for a person. Signing contracts, moving money, payroll and vendor payments stay human responsibilities.

Spending limits

Any spending request is checked against the limits and approved recipients you set. A request outside them is refused.

The stop switch

One control returns every role to watch mode and freezes spending. Software cannot release it; a person authorizes the restart.

Every action recorded

What happened, which role did it, when, and who approved or stopped it. The roles cannot edit that record.

Built for your industry

Any business.
Its own questions.

The roles are built around how your business runs, its systems and its language. Here are the kinds of questions a convene could weigh across the industries we build for.

Illustrative questions. Every build is scoped for the business in front of us.

For private equity

Across a portfolio.
One operating rhythm.

For a fund, we build these systems company by company, on one structure: the same weekly operating brief and metric definitions in each company that takes part, and a cross-company view for the operating partner if the companies agree. Each company’s management approves its own permissions, and each company’s records stay separated.

How it starts

Diagnose first.
Then build by role.

One company or several, the path is the same. You see the scope and the price in writing before anything is built.

Diagnose

Start with
the diagnostic.

We examine how the company runs and write down where leadership time goes, which role would help first and what each role would need.

The diagnostic
Build

Build it
role by role.

You choose the first role. We build it, connect it to your systems, test it and launch it with your approval. The next role follows when you are ready.

Ways to work together
Run

Run it
every month.

One monthly management charge covers monitoring, corrections, reporting and model updates that pass our test bench. We stay to run and maintain it.

Questions worth asking

Plain answers.
Before you commit.

Does it replace our executives?

No. The AI C-Suite adds capacity around your leadership team. It prepares, recommends and acts within limits your people set. Your executives keep their roles, their judgment and their accountability.

Who decides and who signs?

Your people. The roles hold no officer title, signing authority or fiduciary duty. Contracts, money movement, employment decisions and every consequential call stay with the people accountable for them.

Is this accounting, legal or investment advice?

No. The finance and compliance roles prepare analysis, records and evidence for review. Accounting, tax, legal and investment advice stay with your licensed advisers.

Is it only for large companies or private equity?

No. The roles can be built for a single owner-led business or across the companies a fund owns. Start with the role that would give your leaders the most room and add others when the value is clear.

Can it run on private models?

Yes. Private models are available on any package that builds or runs agents. ProcessRoot hosts and manages them on our infrastructure or in dedicated cloud environments, and the hosting is quoted before you sign. The private route

What can each role see?

Only the information and systems your people approve for that role. In a portfolio, each company’s records stay separated, and what any cross-company view includes is agreed in writing first.

What does it cost?

It is scoped after the diagnostic. The price follows the number of companies, the roles you choose, the systems they connect to and the deployment. You receive the actual number in writing before work begins.

What would you do
with more room?

More room to serve your customers. To grow your team.
To work on the business you set out to build.
