Implemented system / Hospitality
A working AI operations platform that connects the numbers, the people and the next thing that needs attention.
Capability counts describe features within this platform, not separate customers or projects.
A callout at three. A broken ice machine. A guest review that needs a thoughtful reply. We built an operating layer around the work that follows a hospitality team through every shift.
Conceptual illustration of the operating environment. Client identities and interfaces remain private.
Built around the operator
A great manager should not need six logins and an evening of paperwork to understand the day.
The system brings operational information into a shared environment, then connects it to the people and actions responsible for it. Leaders can review a venue, ask an AI operator a question, inspect a flagged issue or pick up a task without rebuilding the picture from scratch.
It is built for the details that make hospitality demanding: multiple venues, different staff roles, changing shifts, guest expectations and a business that keeps moving while the back-office work stacks up.
Inside the delivered platform
The daily picture
A venue dashboard brings sales, covers, average check, labor and guest signals into one operating view. Pre-shift and nightly briefings give that information a place in the working day.
The things worth noticing
The system watches for issues such as unusual voids and comps, rising labor percentage, abnormal inventory movement and recurring review themes. A flag becomes a prioritized task owned by the relevant AI operator.
The people doing the work
Station checklists, inventory counts and maintenance requests live alongside hiring, onboarding and corrective-action records. Staff access follows their role and the venues they work in.
The business context
Nine specialized AI operators can read operational data, retain context and use the venue knowledge base. Owners can teach, correct and ask questions across the business or an individual venue.
The tools already in place
The platform includes connections across point of sale, payroll, scheduled labor, reservations, accounting and task tools, plus structured uploads and report intake. Each customer connection is configured around its available systems and access.
The decisions that matter
Monitoring and action proposals are distinct. Owners can review proposed changes before execution, and activity is recorded. Payroll and vendor payments are never allowed to execute autonomously in the platform.
Your own starting point
Your business may need one useful workflow first: a daily briefing, a better hiring process, a reliable answer to the next customer call. It may need a broader operating system.
We begin with your operation, diagnose the opportunities, agree on what to build and stay involved to manage it after launch.
